Kennedy Blair Miller graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Vocal Performance and English & Comparative Literature. She served as President of the Alpha of North Carolina chapter of Phi Beta Kappa and held leadership positions with UNC Opera and Carolina Choir. An aspiring opera singer and professor, Miller wrote a thesis about the performance evolution of two Bizet operas as a parallel to the French feminist movement. Kennedy will receive her Master of Music in Vocal Studies at the Royal Academy of Music, where she will continue researching about the intersection of opera and feminism.
