Originally from Oak Harbor, Washington, Evan Robertson studied Aeronautical Engineering and Applied Physics at the United States Naval Academy. As a Stamps Scholar, Evan conducted research on autonomous space-systems culminating in the development of RSAT, a first-of-its-kind repair satellite tested by NASA astronauts aboard the ISS. With the Marshall Scholarship, Evan will study Astronautics and Space Engineering at Cranfield University. Immediately following completion of his degree, he will begin training as a Navy Pilot. Ultimately, Evan hopes to contribute to increased sustainability in a new era of space travel by enabling collaboration between civil, military, and private space organizations.
